This Privacy Policy explains how TimeNest handles information when you use the app. TimeNest is designed as a local-first calendar and schedule management app, and aims to minimize the collection and transmission of user data.
TimeNest allows you to create and manage calendar events, all-day events, memos, shifts, work-time records, reminders, display settings, language settings, and public-holiday subscription settings.
This information is stored locally in the app sandbox or App Group container on your device by default. TimeNest does not currently provide a TimeNest account system, developer-operated backend, or general-purpose cloud synchronization service.
When you actively enable a shared calendar, TimeNest uses Apple iCloud and CloudKit to transfer and store the content selected for sharing.
The calendar owner can separately choose whether to share:
Recipients have read-only access. They can view shared content, but cannot create, edit, or delete the owner's shared content.
Shared records do not include private memos, notifications, voice-input content, hourly rates, pay amounts, transportation fees, shift templates, advertising state, purchase state, device settings, app settings, Widget-private data, or internal holiday-subscription information.
Shared-calendar availability, invitation processing, storage, and access are handled through Apple iCloud and CloudKit and are also subject to Apple's applicable terms and privacy policies.
TimeNest stores app data such as events, shifts, work records, reminders, display preferences, language settings, holiday subscription choices, and cached holiday information in local app storage.
If you uninstall the app, iOS normally removes the app's local container and the data stored inside it. Data stored through Apple iCloud or CloudKit may be handled separately under Apple's service rules.
If TimeNest widgets are enabled, the app may share a limited local calendar snapshot with its Widget Extension through Apple's App Group mechanism.
This exchange occurs locally on the device and is used only to display relevant calendar information in the Widget. It is not a TimeNest-operated cloud synchronization service.
TimeNest can download public-holiday data from the holiday source selected in the app's settings. When you test, refresh, or enable a holiday subscription, the app may send HTTPS requests to the selected public ICS provider to download holiday calendar data.
The selected third-party provider may process information such as IP addresses, access logs, or request details according to its own privacy policy. Downloaded holiday data is cached locally on your device for calendar display.
TimeNest uses Google Mobile Ads to display banner advertisements to users who have not purchased the Remove Ads feature.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process information such as IP addresses, device identifiers, advertising data, ad interactions, diagnostics, crash information, performance data, and other information required for advertising delivery, measurement, security, and fraud prevention.
TimeNest uses Google User Messaging Platform to manage advertising consent where required. The app may also request authorization through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before using information for tracking purposes.
If tracking authorization is denied or restricted, the app's calendar functionality remains available. Depending on the user's choices, location, and applicable rules, Google may provide non-personalized ads, limited ads, or no ads.
TimeNest does not sell user-created calendar data.
TimeNest provides a one-time Remove Ads purchase through Apple In-App Purchase and StoreKit.
Purchase processing and payment information are handled by Apple. TimeNest does not collect or store payment card details. Purchase restoration uses transaction and entitlement information provided by Apple StoreKit.
Users with an active Remove Ads entitlement do not see banner advertisements.

These services may process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
You can delete events, shifts, work records, and other content that you created in TimeNest from within the app.
When a shared-calendar owner deletes shared content, it is removed from the owner's local data and from recipients' shared views during a later synchronization.
The owner can stop sharing from the Shared Calendar management screen. This revokes recipient access without deleting the owner's remaining local data.
A recipient can leave a shared calendar. TimeNest then removes the shared calendar's local entry and cache from the recipient's device without deleting the owner's data.
Holiday subscriptions can be disabled or modified in Settings. Uninstalling the app normally removes locally stored app data from the device.
TimeNest is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not currently provide account registration or developer-operated cloud storage.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when TimeNest changes its features, data handling, third-party services, advertising configuration, or legal requirements. The latest version will be posted on this page.
